The site is located amongst historical railway cottages, with this came the condition of duplicating the existing style. This related to the external finishes, such as the windows and doors but internally restrictions were more free. 

The main focus of the scheme was designed around the staircase, which is fully clad in high quality timber. The theme overall is reminiscent of the cottage in its style with the revealed trusses that run throughout the ground floor.
